    Why am I not receiving any confirmation email?

    Due to a large amount of people registering at the same time, our system experienced technical error. We will be sending out confirmation emails to the participants as soon as possible.

    I only have Korean credit card. Is there any other methods to make a payment?

    It is currently not possible to pay with a domestic credit card as a non-resident, but we will send you a notification with a bank transfer option soon if you send us an email at service@seoul-marathon.kr and please provide us your personal information: Last name, First name, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, Passport number.

    I can’t log in.

    Please make sure you are putting in LAST NAME + FIRST NAME and that it’s exactly same as what you wrote during registration.

    For example, If LAST NAME is Seoul and FIRST NAME is Mara Thon

    X   Seoul MaraThon

    X   SeoulMaraThon

     

    If you forgot your password, please send us an email at service@seoul-marthon.kr and please provide us your personal information: Last name, First name, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, Passport number. We will reset the password for you.

    I can’t get to proceed to the payment

    We are having some payment malfunctions on a mobile phone. Please try it on a PC.

    Can I changed my personal information?

    As of now, you can change your gift size and address by logging into your account. If you would like to change any other information, please email us at service@seoul-marathon.kr

    When I try to register, it says “you cannot apply for redundancy”

    It means you already have an account(s), so please try to log in by going to ‘MY REGISTERATION’. If you cannot log in, please send us an email at service@seoul-marathon.kr and provide us your personal information: Last name, First name, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, Passport number.

    When I try to log in, it says “applicant does not exist”

    It means you might have several accounts. Please try to log in using your registration number. If you forgot your registration number, email us at service@seoul-marathon.kr and provide us your personal information: Last name, First name, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, Passport number.
